About the Role:
We are looking for driven Sales Executives to join our rapidly expanding team and help us grow our Medicare Advantage offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly enrollment goals by generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and building relationships with nursing home staff and families. Top-performing agents can earn over $160,000 per year, with full benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, 401(k), and more. You will be required to travel within your territory 3–4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation:

- Identify and develop sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Generate leads through referrals, community outreach, and relationship-building.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential members, their families, or responsible parties.
- Achieve monthly enrollment goals by consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Client Education & Relationship Management:

- Educate nursing home staff and family members about Longevity Health’s benefits and programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within assigned accounts to support lead generation.
- Provide timely and accurate application processing for new members.
- Reporting & Compliance:

- Participate in weekly sales calls and submit daily production updates.
- Ensure compliance with all CMS regulations and Longevity Health’s ethical standards.
- Maintain an active Health Insurance Producer license and complete yearly certifications for MAPD/Part D.
- Additional Responsibilities:

- Develop and share best practices to improve enrollment efforts across all markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure goals are met and exceeded
- Licensing:

- Must have a Health Insurance Producer License (Medicare) or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
- Must maintain an active license throughout employment.
- Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; Medicare sales experience is preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or Skilled Nursing Home setting is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Home environment.
- Additional Requirements:

- Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and potentially to other markets.
