Through our suite of internal and external web applications, APIs and proprietary calculators we handle valuable information on behalf of our clients. Essential Job Responsibilities
- Builds software applications – Follows coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts
- Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions
- Familiar with design, maintenance and development with SQL / relational databases
- Familiar in at least one compiled language (Java, C, C#, etc.)
- Familiar in at least one interpreted language (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, etc)
- Understanding of software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
- Great problem solving and design skills, with demonstrated passion for quality
- Takes initiative and is able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript
