Associate Production Support

Longevity Holdings is seeking an Associate Production Support to play a meaningful role in the monitoring and production support of our growing company. This role requires a well-rounded professional capable of trouble shooting effectively across our technology stack. You’ll need strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams and keep stakeholders and users informed. The ideal candidate will enjoy a variety of challenges, combined with the responsibility of keeping critical systems up and running for users.    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Develop and maintain metrics, alerts, and dashboards to monitor and manage production business applications and database performance Proactively analyze, investigate, and mitigate potential issues Manage communications with users, responding to reported issues, notifying them of outages and resolutions via our ticketing system and direct contact Coordinate with internal support teams, customer facing teams and vendors to resolve issues and maintain performant applications Develop and maintain system support documentation and processes Follow change management process for implementing changes   REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail Quickly learns business and complex processes A willingness to work non-business hours as needed for critical production issues Excellent Troubleshooting & Analytical skills Understanding of general web technologies and relational databases Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) SQL query writing experience (MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server) Strong understanding of supporting internal and external business applications Experience with source control (Bit Bucket, Github, etc)   PREFERRED SKILLS 4-year degree Strong understanding of Cloud services Experience with performance monitoring & diagnostic tools (e.g. AWS RUM, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, CA APM, etc.) Experience with a scripting language such as PowerShell.

Salary : $62,000 - $78,000
