What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates with experience or education related to :
Sales and client acquisition (proposals, contracts, and outreach).Working within consultancy environments, ideally in sustainability or real estate sectors.Managing and optimizing business development tools and processes.Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Intern, you will :
Client and Market Research : Research prospective clients, industry trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.Lead Generation : Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and initiate outreach using platforms like LinkedIn and email.Proposal and Sales Material Creation : Assist in preparing professional client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, and contracts.CRM Management : Maintain and update HubSpot or similar CRM systems to track leads and sales opportunities.Content Development : Create marketing collateral, case studies, and insights into the sustainability and real estate sectors.Event Coordination : Help plan and execute events and webinars to enhance client engagement and visibility.Data Analysis : Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.Team Collaboration : Partner with sustainability consultants and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.Qualifications
Currently in your final year or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields .Proven experience or coursework in sales, client acquisition, proposals, or contracts .Knowledge or experience in sustainability, real estate, or consultancy environments is a strong advantage.Strong research, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.Why Join Us?
