The Property

Responsibilities:
- Assist all food and beverage team members in daily operations of Twinflower Café, Five of Clubs lobby bar, and In-Room-Dining.
- Work directly with the Chef and General Manager to ensure proper labor and general expense budget is maintained.
- Oversee service and build relationships with all guests – visitors and locals alike.
- All operations including hiring, scheduling, training, payroll and inventory management.
- Manage purchasing and maintain desired food, beverage and labor costs.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Work service when needed
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Experience managing beverage programs
- General knowledge of wine, beer & spirits
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong financial background in food and beverage (preferred)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
