Position Overview

As a Market Assistant CFO, you will direct market finance department activities, ensuring alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization. This senior leadership role is essential in driving financial efficiency and supporting patient care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across multiple hospital locations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Supervise financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to finance teams.
• Work closely with the Market CFO to optimize financial performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
✔ Minimum 5 years of for-profit hospital finance experience
✔ Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

➕ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
➕ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License
➕ Experience managing hospital finance across multiple locations
