Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Location: Mesquite, TX
Shift: Days
Contract: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Pay Package:
Weekly Taxable: $1,110
Weekly non-taxable: $1,890
Weekly Gross: $3,000
Duties
- Perform sonography during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data
- Assist physicians with catheter insertion and removal
- Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support the medical team
- Collaborate with the cardiology team in emergency medicine situations
Requirements
- Proficiency in cardiac catheterization procedures
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and vital signs monitoring
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques in a clinical setting
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations
