About the Role:
As a Production Technician III, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical production equipment. You will also play a vital role in supporting sterile processing and maintaining the quality and safety of all manufactured products in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup, operate, and maintain solution filling lines, vial cappers, and tray loading equipment.
- Conduct fill weight checks, oxygen in headspace analysis, and torque checks on containers.
- Operate and monitor autoclaves, ampoule washers, and dry heat ovens.
- Perform sterile filtration, load/unload sterilized equipment, and support aseptic filling processes.
- Complete batch records and follow all SOPs and GMP documentation protocols.
- Participate in pre-FAT testing and new equipment validations (may include travel).
- Train new employees and act in a supervisory role as needed.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot/maintain equipment.
- Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and push carts up to 1000 lbs.
- Able to meet 40-hour work week with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Ability to work in environments with high heat (up to 265°C), humidity, or exposure to caustic/flammable substances with provided PPE.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced mechanical training or technical certifications.
- Prior experience operating sterile filtration and terminal sterilization systems.
- Experience training or supervising others in a GMP-regulated environment.

Work Environment:
- Exposure to steam, dry heat, high-temp WFI, open flames, and wet/cool/dry environments.
- Work involves standing, walking, kneeling, and repetitive lifting.
- PPE and training provided for all safety-sensitive tasks.
