Service Technician Helper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency with tools such as an ohmmeter is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various roofing systems.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to commercial roof servicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in a relevant field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to service operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
