Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and longevity of our clients' roofing systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, conducting maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial roofing systems, including flat, metal, and shingle roofs.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, sealing, and minor repairs to prevent future issues.
- Identify and document roof deficiencies with photos and detailed reports for clients.
- Safely operate tools, equipment, and materials necessary for roof repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain findings, recommendations, and repair plans.

Qualifications
