Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate
Longhorn Electrical Services Inc. is looking to add a highly skilled and energetic employee to our warehouse team. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment assisting with various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse management. Having a good driving and background record are a must.
Warehouse – Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Assists in loading and unloading shipments and deliveries
- Prepares shipments and ensures warehouse is orderly, safe, and clean
- Labels products and performs regular inventory cycle counts
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries are free of damage.
- Physically fit and able to carry 50 pounds comfortably
- Dependable and hardworking / Honest and accountable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards.
- Excellent customer service attitude and willing to learn.
Delivery – Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
- Ensure products are delivered in a safe and timely manner
- Collect signatures and document delivery time and location
- Maintain truck daily to ensure it remains in good driving condition
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles
- Experience using forklift and pallet jacks
- Safety conscious and adheres to all protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Work in warehouse environment: 1 year
- Bilingual: English / Spanish
- Pass background check and drug test
- High school diploma or equivalent
- (OSHA Certifications / CDL a plus but not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
