- 2,500-3,500 average miles per week.
- Gross Pay.
- 1,350 - $1,500 average Gross Pay per week per driver (based on 2,300-2,500 miles per week).
- 1,800 at 3000 miles per week..
- 2,100 at 3500 miles per week.
- Each load averages 800-1,000 miles.
- BreakDown Pay $100 / day (if the breakdown lasts 8 hours).
- Detention Pay $15 / hour after 3 hours up to 8 hours (only if specific appointment vs. first come first serve).
- Layover Pay $100 (if Detention reaches 8 hours).
- Health Benefits.
- Qualify after 90 days of employment.
- 50% of premiums paid by the employer initially.
- Up to 80% of premiums paid by the employer at the 1-year mark.
- Optional : Driver Legal Plan $2.98 per week (Highly Recommended).
Optional : Operational Escrow (Highly Recommended) - "Savings Account" to provide driver with consistent paycheck during vacations or other situations. Weekly contribution amount is up to driver.
