0.60 per mile for Reefer.
2,500-3,500 average miles per week
Gross Pay

1,350 - $1,500 average Gross Pay per week per driver (based on 2,300-2,500 miles per week)

1,800 at 3000 miles per week

2,100 at 3500 miles per week

Each load averages 800-1,000 miles

BreakDown Pay $100 / day (if the breakdown lasts 8 hours)

Detention Pay $15 / hour after 3 hours up to 8 hours (only if specific appointment vs. first come first serve)

Layover Pay $100 (if Detention reaches 8 hours).

Health Benefits

Qualify after 90 days of employment

50% of premiums paid by the employer initially

Up to 80% of premiums paid by the employer at the 1-year mark

Optional : Driver Legal Plan $2.98 per week (Highly Recomended).

Optional : Operational Escrow (Highly Recomended) - "Savings Account" to provide driver with consistant paycheck during vacations or other situtations. Weekly contribution amount is up to driver.

Safety Bonuses for Clean DOT Inspections :

Level 1 : $300

Level 2 : $200

Level 3 : $100

Monthly Bonus Structure : (upto $600 / month)

MPG 7 : $200

On-Time Pick-Up and Delivery (95% ) : $200

Safety Score (95% ) with No Accidents and No Bad DOT Inspections : $200

Evaluations and Raise Opportunities :

90 Days : $0.02 / mile increase

1 Year : Additional $0.02 / mile increase

Each Year After : $0.01 / mile increase

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
