Duties
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of valves to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize vision inspection systems to detect any issues or defects in valve operation.
Perform troubleshooting on malfunctioning valves and implement necessary repairs.
Fabricate components as needed to support valve maintenance and repair tasks.
Work with logic controllers to diagnose and resolve control system issues related to valves.
Provide field service support, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and service activities for compliance and quality assurance.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on valve systems.
Proficiency in using vision inspection systems for quality control.
Experience in industrial maintenance practices.
Ability to detect issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
