Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist at Longleaf Recovery and Wellness will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the organization’s brand presence across all platforms. This individual will take ownership of social media marketing, website updates, marketing print material, promotional items, and search engine optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and organizational skills to elevate Longleaf’s visibility and engagement with its audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts, including graphics, videos, and written content, to align with the company’s mission and campaigns.
- Monitor analytics to assess performance and make data-driven improvements.
Website Management
- Oversee updates and edits to the company website, ensuring accurate and engaging content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the website reflects current programs, initiatives, and news.
- Perform regular website audits to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and SEO compliance.
Marketing Print Material and Promo Items
- Design and manage all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other print collateral.
- Oversee the production and distribution of promotional items.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and items.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize web content for targeted search terms.
- Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in social media marketing, website management, and/or SEO.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
