Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with their pets, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Utilize veterinary terminology to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Provide accurate information on pet care and services available.
- Maintain organized records and assist with medical collections as needed.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure high standards of animal care.
Qualifications
- Prior Veterinary experience or animal care is required
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle pets with care, compassion, and patience
