The new Practice Manager will supervise and oversee the business activities of the hospital. The Practice Manager will be a highly motivated individual, eager to contribute to the hospital's success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Hiring and training hospital staff
- Collaborating with the owners to prepare budgets
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Maintaining inventory and inventory control system
- Managing hospital software
- Implementing safety and security procedures
- Create and maintain a positive culture and work environment
- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial analyses
- Stay aware of variables that impact the hospital's financial performance
- Other duties as needed and assigned
What you bring:
- Completion of a CVPM program is preferred
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Have 3-5 years of transferrable experience in a veterinary clinic setting is preferred
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute on a year for year basis
- Must reside (or relocate) near the clinic in Longmont, Colorado
- Must be comfortable with a varied work schedule. Occasional nights and weekends will be needed
