Job Description :
Perform custodial and basic maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of buildings.
Essential Duties :
Clean and sanitize facilities, including restrooms, floors, windows, and furniture.
Restock supplies and handle trash disposal.
Vacuum carpets, sweep sidewalks, and clean kitchens / break rooms.
Perform basic maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and minor plumbing.
Set up and break down tables and chairs for activities.
Report maintenance issues and inventory supplies.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of custodial or maintenance experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug test.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and handle cleaning chemicals.
Must be able to work non-standard hours and travel between buildings.
