Description :
This position is a support role at non-profit organization with the goal of providing safety training for contractor employees who will be working at industrial sites.
Primary Job Duties :
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Answer phones and greet clients in a pleasant and professional manner
- Prepare communications, such as emails, reports and other correspondence in an accurate, professional manner
- Enter accurate data and run daily reports
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to provide effective support to a large number of client accounts
- Ability to explain products and concepts clearly and concisely to clients
- Collaborate in a friendly manner with other support personnel and management
