We are seeking a skilled and reliable Boat Yard Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to boat maintenance, repair, and yard operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with bottom painting, gelcoat and fiberglass repairs, detailing, trailer repair, and general boat handling. This position also includes assisting with boat shows and other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Cornhole and ping-pong skills not required, but may come in handy at our company tournaments! And did we mention the oyster roasts and boat outing weekends?

Key Tasks:

• Bottom Painting boats
• Gelcoat and Fiberglass repairs
• Boat detailing
• Trailer repair
• Loading and unloading of boats
• Assist with setup of boat shows
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills:

• Forklift and trailering experience not required, but a plus
