What are the responsibilities and job description for the CMA/LPN Clinical Phone Triage position at LONGSTREET CLINIC?
Longstreet Clinic is seeking an experienced clinical phone triage who is patient-centered to work in our Internal Medicine office located in Gainesville, Georgia. This is a full-time position. EPIC experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Position responsibilities:
- Assist in providing appropriate care to patients while communicating via telephone.
- Responsible for answering questions and requests from patients regarding their medical care in a friendly and courteous manner
- Triage patients, take patient's medical history and will communicate between our patients, their families and our providers.
- Clinical healthcare experience preferred.
- Current active license with the Georgia Board of Nursing or Medical Assistant certification required.
