Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator-New Patient Scheuler for our Oncology department located in Gainesville, GA. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while talking with patients
- Scheduling and answering questions for new patients in person and over the phone
- Verifying insurance
- Review medical records for completion
- Direct phone calls to appropriate staff
Qualifications:
- Previous medical office experience preferred.
- EPIC experience a plus.
