Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Pediatrics department located in Buford, GA. We are looking for a friendly face to greet our patients in a caring and kind manner while exhibiting exceptional customer service at all times.

- answering incoming calls
- directing calls to appropriate staff
- greeting and checking in all patients for office appointments
- organizing paperwork for patients to fill out
- scanning insurance cards
- entering all demographic information
- inputting referrals for office visits
- scanning for staff as needed
- working closely with physicians and staff
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday once every 4-5 weeks. Saturday shifts are 8am – 12 noon and employees will take either a half or full day off during the normal work week on the week of their Saturday shift.
