What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Cycle Representative position at LONGSTREET CLINIC?
Longstreet Clinic is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Representative to join the Revenue Cycle Team.
Revenue Cycle Representative will be responsible for working with a team of employees to provide full support services to the entire clinic in the following areas
- Resolving denied insurance claims via the corrected claim or appeals process
- Resolving insurance and patient credits on accounts
- Monitoring insurance policies, bulletins and updates
- Applying self-pay and direct pay discounts and maintaining self-pay reports
- Processing daily correspondence and posting payments via electronic remits, cash and credit cards.
Previous experience with Insurance and payment posting is preferred.
