Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Leasing Assistant to help with property showings for prospective tenants. This is a flexible, part-time, as-needed role, ideal for someone looking for supplemental income while maintaining control over their schedule. The position primarily covers Corvallis but may include Albany, Philomath, and Monmouth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Arrive 10 minutes prior to each scheduled showing to confirm the current resident has vacated and the property is presentable.
• Manage multiple showings efficiently (typically 3-4 appointments consolidated in a row).
• Communicate with prospective tenants and answer basic questions about the property (unit details will be provided in advance).
• Use a smartphone to access showing details and coordinate schedules.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Reliable and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Smartphone and app proficiency for managing showings and communication.
• Personal vehicle for transportation between properties.
• Ability to adhere to a 24-hour advance scheduling system for appointments.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule – Showings vary by property, with the option to set hours within availability.
• Each showing is 15-20 minutes, with a maximum of 10 people per session.
• This is year-round, with a peak season May-September. We would like someone to commit to this arrangement for the peak season.
• Estimated amounts of showings:
• Peak Season - daily showings - 4-8 showings
• Slow season - Weekly 2-4 showings
