A healthcare company providing medical services to skilled nursing facilities throughout Ohio is currently recruiting a Nurse Practitioner to work in the Springfield, OH area.
As Nurse Practitioner, you will provide an enriched level of medical care with a goal of increasing wellness, preventing illness, and improving outcomes through early detection, wellness visits, and timely diagnosis and / or treatment. This position must function as a team member to ensure that work is accomplished, quality care is delivered, and staff / patients are educated as needed. The Nurse Practitioner is accountable to the team, the patients under his or her care, and all facility / company administration to support and carry out the mission and goals of the practice.
Qualifications & Experience requirements
- Master’s in Nursing
- Active State License
- Active DEA Certification
- 2 years experience preferred
- Nursing home experience preferred
