As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - we INVITE you to come join our Team! Our small, 50 bed skilled nursing facility in Northern California, Chico area, with a newly established team is in need of a servant leader, prepared to transform our industry in an autonomous enviroment, pushing toward cultural, clinical and finacial excellence. Familarity with the area is preferred.
You will be responsible to have a commitment of providing top quality patient care through the valued facility teamwork. Along with patient care, you will be responsible for other duties such as :
Overall operations of the facility in accordance with current state, federal and local standards and regulations.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company to ensure the facility is providing the highest level of quality care to their patients.
Provide an environment that motivates the facility staff to come to work and give their best efforts.
Responsible for the review and interpretation of the financial outcomes of the facility.
Participation in department management meetings.
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICAITON :
Minimum two years experience as a LNHA
Must posses a current LNHA licensee
Knowledge of state and federal regualtions
