Duties

• Perform tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance the appearance of trees.
• Properly use, store and protect materials and equipment.
• Abide by OSHA safety standards.
• Cleaning up job site including hauling wood, feeding woodchipper, and loading trucks.
• Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.
• Complete regular online and in-person training to develop skills.

Experience

• Have at least 1 year experience tree climbing.
• Possess strong physical stamina, as the role requires lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
