The Longue Vue Club, an exclusive private golf club in Verona, is seeking experienced and talented Line Cooks. Located in a historic landmark building, we offer the highest quality fine dining to our members and their guests. We pride ourselves on great food and outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
Prepping station for service, stock product for service according to prep sheets; we are a scratch kitchen
Cook menu items in cooperation with fellow kitchen staff, ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with proper sanitation and safety standards
We are a team oriented kitchen, maintaining a positive, professional, and helpful approach with fellow co workers
Compensation, Schedule, & Benefits
$18-$22/hour
Typical shifts run from noon-10pm
Weekend and Holiday availability a must
2 weeks PTO
Paid sick leave

Daily staff meal
4 day work weeks November-March
Entire month of January off
About the Club:
As a National Historic District, Longue Vue Club is truly one of the most beautiful golf clubs in the Pittsburgh area. Our 49,000-square-foot clubhouse is the hub of social activities for our Members. In addition to social, golf and tennis events, our Club welcomes many other leisure pursuits with amenities that include four tennis courts, four paddle courts, an Olympic swimming pool, Shooting Sports facilities, and a fully appointed clubhouse. Within the clubhouse, there are full-service locker rooms, and four separate dining areas. For our Members, Longue Vue Club is their home away from home.
We are looking to expand our team here at Longue Vue and are seeking fun, energetic and knowledgeable candidates. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the food and beverage industry and providing phenomenal service in every area of the club.
Qualifications
Requirements and skills
Proven cooking experience
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry best practices
Salary : $18 - $22
