What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiac Ultrasound (ECHO)-PRN position at Longview Regional Medical Center?
Performs ultrasound examinations of the heart to assist physicians in the diagnosis of disorders affecting circulation. Records and maintains test data and prepares preliminary interpretations of test results. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Registry in Ultrasound - ARDMS or ARRT or CCI preferred
current American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross required
Prior experience in Cardiac Ultrasound (ECHO) preferred
