Schedule Details:
Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) or Part-Time (up to 30 hrs/wk)
Evenings (2:45p-11:15p)
Weekend rotation (e/o/w) and holidays required
Typical duties/responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation;
- Promote the physical and emotional health of residents by supporting their engagement in social and recreational activities;
- Monitor and document residents’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff;
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment;
- Adhere to all policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care;
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Certification as a HHA/PCA preferred;
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to lift and move residents safely (must pass 50lb lift test);
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
