What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Agent/Customer Service position at Longwood Eye & LASIK Center?
Job Details include but are not limited to scheduling/ rescheduling appointments, run insurances in real time, build patient accounts, manage patient messages, manage outside referrals/online inquires, answering about 700-1,000 inbound calls a month as a team, make outbound calls as needed, work with outside referring providers.
Will train right candidate - 1yr customer service experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be comfortable with computers and multi-line telephones.
Requirements of Job: Candidate must be able to work independently, has great communication skills, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, works well with a team, is computer literate, candidate must be able to adapt to change quickly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
