Job Responsibilities: Schedule Patients for retina or cataract surgeries and in-office procedures. Position includes scheduling surgeries and in-office procedures, creating surgical packets, keeping surgery schedules full, communicating with Patients, PCP offices (Primary Care Physicians), and surgery centers. Work as part of the Surgical Scheduling team to ensure patients are ready for surgery. This position involves scheduling in both the West Springfield office and Greenfield office.
