Activity Assistant
Duties:
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities and programs for residents
- Provide emotional support and counseling to residents on aging issues
- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Manage schedules and coordinate transportation for residents to appointments and outings
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of aging issues and the ability to provide counseling and emotional support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and coordinate activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members
