Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents and records. Pulling Court Docket.
- Assist with proofreading/E-filing documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and document management to include but not limited to: pick up orders, writs, Governor's warrant, request of certified convictions, Prosecutor Subpoenas, and FOIA request.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, sending and receiving mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Support team members with various clerical tasks as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
