Job Summary :
The Logistics Manager provides leadership, coaching, development & daily support their direct reports to ensure that all operational activities within the daily operations are performed in a safe, cGMP compliant manner, is aware of the Site safety objectives and making sure these are communicated and understood by all staff. The Manager implements strategies to enhance the Warehouse & Logistics operation while ensuring alignment to site, sector and company goals. This person also defines and implements procedures and policies within Warehouse operation to ensure audit / inspection readiness at all times.
Key Responsibilities :
- Effectively lead groups within Warehouse and Receiving operations to ensure all customer and Regulatory requirements are met, and are performed in a safe compliant manner. Address partner concerns and implement mitigations to operational issues.
- Provide active people management as well as development opportunities and coaching to employees through focused recognition and feedback.
- Spearheading and implementation of department breakthrough projects and supports a culture of throughout the department.
- Ensure the Warehouse / Receiving areas are inspection ready at all times.
- Perform other duties as identified.
