We are seeking a Retail Partnerships Manager to lead efforts in getting Loobed Switches into top retailers. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with retail buyers, negotiating product placement, and managing distribution channels. You will be responsible for driving retail partnerships that maximize our brand’s visibility and grow our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target key retail partners (both online and physical) that align with our product offerings.
Develop and manage relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and purchasing teams.
Lead negotiations and secure product listings with major electronics, gaming, and office supply retailers.
Develop strategies to ensure the successful launch and placement of Loobed Switches products in stores.
Manage retail accounts, monitor product performance, and drive continuous growth in sales through retail partnerships.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on retail promotions and product strategies.
Stay updated on retail trends and identify new opportunities for expanding into different markets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, retail partnerships, or account management, ideally within the consumer electronics, gaming, or tech accessories industry.
Strong network of contacts with retail buyers or experience working with major retailers like Best Buy, Micro Center, Walmart, or similar.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience securing retail contracts.
Strong understanding of retail distribution, pricing strategies, and product placement.
Self-motivated with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
