Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, for both the hotel and dive shop, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
Hotel-
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Assist with guest inquiries, provide information about services, and handle reservations
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Utilize computer systems for guest check-ins and reservations.
Dive Shop-
- Assist customers in dive equipment sales
- Booking reservations for dive boat
- Communicating with Instructors and staff with customer questions and concerns
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in using specific software for hotel and dive shop applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Certified dive professionals will be compensated according to level of experience.
Requirements of Position
- Ability to lift & carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to sit & stand for long periods of time.
- Self starter.
