What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Looking Glass Community Services?
Looking Glass Community Services is looking for a passionate Clinical Supervisor who can be responsible for culturally informed, anti-racist, gender affirming, equity focused, quality, effective clinical supervision of mental health therapists, substance use counselors, and interns, and the provision of effective, quality mental health treatment to Counseling Program clients.

Qualified staff must be an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, and must be certifiable as a Qualified Mental Health Professional. You should have the full-time equivalent of 3 years of experience working in direct treatment with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and/or substance abuse issues, and their families. In compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements, Looking Glass Human Resources Department conducts a background check on all new employees, non-paid staff (volunteers and interns), and existing staff as required. This is completed by the Background Check Unit with the State of Oregon per the Oregon Administrative Rules.

Salary : $76,500 - $90,000
