Lead Home Based Therapeutic Support Staff

Lead Home Based Therapeutic Support Staff work directly under a licensed Clinical Supervisor and are responsible for providing therapeutic support to children and families in their homes. Employees follow a child’s clinical treatment plan to address the development of behavioral, communication, social, and functional adaptive skills to assist the child’s ability to maintain activities of daily living and be successful at home and in the community. Lead HBTS Staff are responsible for training newly hire part time HBTS staff.
As a Lead HBTS Support Staff, you will:
- Help a child learn daily life skills for their everyday routines, positive behaviors and coping skills, social awareness and social skills
- Coach and support parents to learn new strategies and techniques
- Work closely with a licensed Clinical Supervisor

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements:
- Be at least 19 years of age.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred OR High school diploma or GED plus at least 5 years related experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Access to and provision of an insured and inspected automobile on an ongoing basis.
- Ability to complete CPR, First Aid, CPI and other required trainings as necessary.
Salary : $25 - $27
