Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to remember the members needs and requests in a private club setting. Create classic and some innovative drinks, exceeding members’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rate ($13) and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant members and guests
- Interact with members and guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess member and guests needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present lunch menus
- Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age when needed
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent member and guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Keeping a hyper clean work area

Qualifications
Requirements
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender private club experience a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Drug Free environment
- Ability to help assist with monthly inventory
Experience:
- Bartending: 2 years
Education:
- High school or equivalent
