The Human Resources Business Partner will focus on the merger and acquisition process. The HRBP will be responsible for coordinating and managing onboarding, documentation, training, and data production in support of our growth plans.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transition of people and applicable digital resources related to M&A activity
- Work with the Director of Integrations to continuously refine and improve world-class integration processes
- Work with HR Director to design and implement acquisition strategies to align with organizational human capital goals
- Overseeing high-value or high-risk procurement projects
- Provides counsel and support to managers/supervisors on issues of company/HR policy application, production operation Human Resource needs and provides HR services to team members
- Works with operations to resolve team member relations issues; Investigates, counsels and assists in resolving disputes
- Practices strong engagement with all team members including accepting diversity of ideas and thoughts, sharing responsibility for success, demonstrating honesty and integrity, helping team members solve problems and showing respect
- Provide guidance on employment related issues (such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA, harassment, discrimination, diversity, corrective action and progressive discipline) to operations leadership
- Prepares reports and identifies trends in team member related issues, turnover and performance trends and provides solutions to operations leadership
- Facilitate HR processes and operations programs to ensure ethical, fair and consistent approach
- Assist with the creation and implementation of effective training and development programs to meet SOP requirements, skill proficiency and development needs
- Engage with HR Director and key stakeholders to advise on acquisition activities involving Human Resources matters
- Communicate policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the acquisition process
- Travel regionally, 1-2 times/month or as needed, to facilitate integration efforts
Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
- Planning Working internally and externally to ensure smooth transition of acquisitions. Prepare documentation regarding pay, benefits, policy, procedure, and culture for onboarding.
- Evaluating Continually monitor process and suggest improvements as needed.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources management or related field: Required (combination of relevant work experience and education considered)
- Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Resource professional experience: HR certification preferred
- Training in Federal, state laws and application of HR policy in a manufacturing environment and positive employee relations
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel) and a minimum of 5 years of HRIS systems experience. ADP is preferred

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
