Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed inspections of products or services to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Engage with clients to discuss their needs, provide recommendations, and facilitate contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, client interactions, and sales activities in the company database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns.
