A Day in the Life of a Mosquito Technician:
As a Termite Technician, you’ll play a key role in protecting our customers’ property ensuring the right defenses are in place against termites. You’ll be responsible for managing each customer’s termite program. Some days, you may be digging a shallow perimeter and applying a liquid termite barrier, some days, you may be under a house drilling small holes into cinder blocks to access the voids for treatment. Other days you may be installing or checking termite bait stations. You'll ensure safety protocols are followed, maintain your company vehicle and equipment, and provide excellent customer service, all while enjoying a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

- Prepare treatment areas and apply products according to safety procedures and label instructions.
- Inspect for existing termite activity or wood-destroying organisms and implement source reduction tactics.
- Safely drive company vehicles to client locations.
- Call clients to confirm scheduled services.
- Complete required production forms.
- Maintain vehicle and equipment in proper working condition.
- Upsell company products and services.
- Address client questions and provide information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed.
- Must obtain and retain required credentials
