Overview of Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
○ Daily huddles
○ Daily call coaching sessions
○ Weekly team meetings
○ Engagement activities
○ Monthly performance reviews

- Grow our book of business by leading a team of Customer Care professionals.
- Produce data to provide real time feedback on goals and metrics.
- Design and deliver training content.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Design and run contests and incentives to drive performance.
- Bring a ‘fire in the belly’ to win, create, and maintain a BEST
Day-to-Day Expectations will include:
- Managing a team of Customer Care specialists to ensure quality performance.
- Evaluating performance and providing ongoing training with a people first mindset to ensure career development.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Deliver on Customer Care Leadership Playbook Activities:
○ Daily huddles
○ Daily call coaching sessions
○ Weekly team meetings
○ Engagement activities
○ Monthly performance reviews
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Pest Control experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and manage a team.
- Ethically solve problems with a strong work ethic.
- Proven track record as a manager overseeing and leading a team of Customer Care Specialists or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel based on company needs (minimal travel).
