What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Water Polo Coach position at Loomis Institute?
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience coaching Water Polo with the ability to develop a program that celebrates our mission in preparing student-athletes to be their best self. This position includes all of the associated responsibilities of managing a dynamic program, such as identifying and helping to recruit mission-appropriate student-athletes, development and management of practice/game protocols and procedures, working with other coaches in the program at all levels, and collaborating with the college office for those players seeking to continue collegiately after graduation.
Depending on the candidate, in addition to the coaching responsibilities, this person could be a classroom teacher or administrator, will live on campus and have residential life responsibilities or could be an off campus coach.
