We are seeking Part Time Servers to join our team, working days and evenings with some weekends.
The Server will be responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents and their guests under the direction of the Dining Room Supervisor.

The Server will be responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents and their guests under the direction of the Dining Room Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate courtesy when serving all residents and their guests, answering any dining-related questions.
- Offer specials and complete orders by asking relevant questions to ensure a complete meal.
- Maintain the Dining Room and work areas in a clean and orderly manner at all times according to department standards.
- Handle glassware and silverware safely and sanely, resetting tables according to procedures.
- Assist other departmental staff with assigned duties and training, performing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Makes suggestions for improvement in food and service, participating in regular meetings and providing input-feedback.
- Work harmoniously within a team structure, collaborating with coworkers while remaining positive and respectful.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months.
