Beverage and Food Specialist
As a Beverage and Food Specialist at Loon Mountain, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food to our guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality beverages and food in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure that all beverages and food are prepared and handled safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in beverage and food preparation and service an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
