Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee activities
- Sell tickets to customers in person or over the phone
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist guests with resolving any concerns
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during events
- Promote upcoming events and special offers to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in management, sales, customer service, or a related field is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict management abilities to handle difficult situations with customers
- Attention to detail
