We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Node.js Engineer with over 10 years of experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications. You will take ownership of developing robust backend systems with Node.js while delivering seamless front-end experiences using modern frameworks like React or Angular. What You'll Do
Application Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications utilizing Node.js for the backend and frameworks like React or Angular for the frontend.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and real-time solutions using WebSockets.
Employ advanced TypeScript, JavaScript, and functional programming principles.
Debug, test, and optimize applications with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
Software Architecture
Architect and implement solutions for applications expecting high traffic.
Upgrade and secure legacy Node.js applications to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and technical specifications.
Database Management
Design and optimize database schemas for AWS RDS (PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and Redis.
DevOps & Deployment
Set up and manage CI / CD pipelines, automating deployments to cloud platforms such as AWS.
Monitor application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor junior developers and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure code quality and adherence to industry best practices through code reviews.
Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively adopt new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance performance.

Technical Skills
Backend : In-depth expertise in Node.js (v16 ), including the construction of scalable services and APIs.
Frontend : Proficiency in frameworks or libraries such as React or Angular.
Databases : Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis).
DevOps : Practical experience with CI / CD pipelines, Docker, and AWS cloud environments.
Testing : Familiarity with tools like Jest, Mocha, and experience with automated testing strategies.
Version Control : Proficient in Git / GitHub workflows and actions.
Soft Skills
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
Strong communication and collaboration skills tailored for an agile environment.
Leadership experience, including mentoring junior developers and guiding technical discussions.
Experience & Education
